DMR Tier 3 is among the fastest growing LMR protocols, used worldwide by utilities, government agencies and commercial system operators. Until now, there has been no way to test these handsets in the mode in which they are used and when not within range of a network. Our session will discuss a new means to do such testing and explain why it is important to ensure reliable communications.
