BK Technologies continues the company's commitment to innovation by bringing together their new BKR 9000 multi-band LMR portable radio with their InteropONE PTT over Broadband service to provide a practical and cost-effective solution for bringing broadband to an LMR radio. This session provides a live demonstration which utilizes commercial Bluetooth technology to tether the BKR 9000 with a commercial smartphone to deliver PTT over cellular or WiFi networks. The session also discusses the advantages of this approach while providing insight into BK Technologies’ roadmap for additional LMR/Broadband convergent services.
