Instrumental in the acquisition of TX RX Systems and creating The Combilent Group. Global technical oversight for The Combilent Group.

Combilent A/S is a global leading provider of advanced high-frequency filter products for the professional mobile radio market in public safety communication. We compete by being innovative, responsive, and meeting our customers' expectations for delivery and service. We add value through the close integration of our products with our customers' products and supply chain. We have created a healthy company with 25 employees worldwide developing and selling to LMR OEMs in the United States, Europe, and Asia. 

1997-2004: Product Manager, LGP Telecom A/S
Responsible for the development and marketing of the company's products within high frequency RF filter and amplifier segment. My colleague Claus Dall-Hansen and I went together to make a purchase offer to LGP Telecom owners. It was the start of our joint venture Combilent A/S.

1997: Systems Engineer, Infocom A/S
Designing LMR radio systems.
 
1994-1997: Product Manager, Celwave A/S (now RFS)
Responsible for product line development (RF subsystems) for OEMs in the LMR and cellular industry.

1992-1994: RF group manager, Celwave Lannion (France)
Heading the high-frequency RF filter development team and at the same time the company's technical interface to the customers. The products were purchased by the major providers of GSM base stations (Alcatel, Nortel) and we built the business from zero to more than USD 35M per year over 3 years.

1984-1989: M.Sc.E.E, Technical University of Denmark (DTU)
Master thesis: Circularly Polarized Microstrip antenna array.
