Tommy Tran serves as the Chief Technology Officer for the North Central Texas Emergency Communications District (NCT9-1-1). He manages the overall technology strategy for NCT9-1-1 and provides oversight of the 9-1-1 ecosystem. Tommy has been with NCT9-1-1 since 2009, after working with several major telecommunication service providers internationally and domestically in the US with Verizon Business. He also leads the systems and network groups within the program responsible for deploying and maintaining services required to support NCT9-1-1 as early adopters, serving as a driving force to advance 9-1-1 services.
