Ed Taylor is a senior engineering director at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc., (SEL). He has over 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of complex, mission-critical communications systems for the public safety market. Prior to joining SEL, he was the senior director of systems integration at Zetron. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of presale and postsale project engineering and solution delivery. Ed thrives in an environment that puts the customer first and enjoys being their voice within the company.   Ed earned his Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering & Technician from Renton Technical College and holds a General Radiotelephone Operator License from the Federal Communications Commission.   Ed has been a speaker at IWCE and has been featured in the Urgent Communications IWCE Video Showcase.
