Dan Stebbins Retired Colonel of the Connecticut State Police and currently a FirstNet Consultant working for AT&T. Col. Stebbins spent 40 years in Law enforcement; 35 with the Connecticut State Police and 5 with the United States Attorneys Office, District of Connecticut. His high-profile cases include commanding officer of the Connecticut Lottery Shooting and the Sandy Hook Elementary School mass shooting. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the FBI National Executive Institute (NEI).
