• FDNY Battalion Chief. • Married to wife Jeanmaire for 36 years. Three children • Was instrumental in modernizing and training the Guayaquil, Ecuador Fire Department. • Developed and oversaw the Water Delivery System using US Forestry Service Tankers to deliver water for firefighting to a devastated New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. The system was used for at least 2 more years until New Orleans restored their hydrant system.
