Kurt Plowman serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the City of Staunton, Virginia, where he leads the development and management of the city's technology infrastructure. In this role, he oversees IT projects and drives the adoption of innovative technology solutions to enhance municipal services. Kurt has played a key role in advancing critical initiatives, including enhancing cybersecurity, migrating to the NG911 i3 system, launching the city's drone program, and spearheading the implementation of a new regional public safety radio system.
