Patrick O’Connor is the President and Co-Founder of 3AM Innovations, an innovative software company providing firefighters, police and other critical first responders with critical information through its FLORIAN decision support system. Patrick founded 3AM after spending five years as a volunteer firefighter with the Grand Island Fire Department in Western New York. Prior to 3AM, he served as Global SME for the DNA sequencing team at Life Technologies. Patrick holds a B.S. degree in psychology from the University At Buffalo with a minor in Business.
