Jeffrey has been leading the engineering team of the In-Building Wireless Division at MCA since 2019. The MCA team is a full-service system integrator of ERCES and Cellular DAS systems. The MCA DAS team has quintupled in size during his tenure and continues to grow through organic expansion and acquisition. Jeffrey was previously an executive with Longent LLC which was acquired by MCA. He helped grow Longent from a small startup, joining in 2004, to a major regional provider of wireless systems. He has been active in DAS and indoor wireless since 1999 having consulted for LGC Wireless on the DAS deployments at several major airports and large corporate headquarters. Prior to entering the field of indoor wireless systems, Jeffrey was the founder of Lingo Corporation, a marketing and distribution company handling the InFLEXion products from Motorola. This work was preceded by a tenure with startup ConXus Communications Inc. as the System Quality Manager. His start in the wireless industry came after college graduation with the Six Sigma indoctrination of Motorola, Inc.
