Gary is an experienced, self-motivated executive who has worked in the information and communications technology sectors for the past 40 years. He has held senior and executive management and systems engineering level positions leading major strategic initiatives working for IT, Satellite and Telecom providers and large systems integrators. He is a motivating and inspirational business leader who maximizes team performance. He has conducted business globally in over 24 countries on 5 continents developing a deep respect and understanding for other cultures and their business practices. He has developed successful indirect channel strategies across U.S. Federal, Enterprise and Service Provider markets worldwide. Gary enjoys evangelizing new disruptive technologies which stems from his background working at Bell Laboratories for 10 years. He has been at the forefront emerging cellular wireless technologies from their inception. His clients have consisted of commercial Service Providers, Enterprise, Systems Integrators and US Federal Government agencies. He has led industry research studies and market segment analyses for executive leadership teams and CEO’s. In October, 2014 he founded Monetti & Associates, LLC to focus on bringing experts in the public and private sectors together to provide comprehensive solutions to some of the most difficult problems facing the Aerospace industry, Smart Cities, Public Safety and Federal Governments. He is a graduate from the Connecticut School of Electronics and studied electrical engineering at University of New Haven, Ct. He is a member of several industry associations and participates in technology working groups such as the CBRS Alliance, APCO, iCERT. Space Enterprise Consortium, NPSTC, NIST PSCR and others.
