He has held leadership roles at Brocade, Ruckus Wireless (co-founding the OnGo/CBRS Alliance), CommScope, and most recently, as Head of TechOps Innovation at Meta. His expertise spans strategy, emerging technologies, and large-scale enterprise transformation.

Since its inception, Joel has focused on CBRS spectrum, leading advancements in Private Networks, Neutral Host solutions, and shared spectrum adoption. He has worked closely with regulators to expand global deployment, reshaping the connectivity landscape.
With experience as both a technology provider and enterprise IT user, Joel deeply understands today’s enterprise challenges. As a co-creator of Neutral Host using Shared Spectrum, his work has redefined wireless accessibility, leading to InfiniG’s successful deployment across multiple Fortune 100 enterprises.
