K. Chad Labrum, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Team Manager and Team Chief, Idaho National Laboratory
K. Chad Labrum, Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Team Manager and Team Chief, joined the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) in 2019 and brings a background rooted in counterintelligence, technical surveillance countermeasures, national security, law enforcement, counterterrorism, and counter-threat operations. Chad is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served as a Special Agent with the Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) conducting counterintelligence and TSCM operations. OSI provides federal law enforcement and counterintelligence services; protects critical technologies and information, detects and mitigates threats, provides global specialized services, conducts major criminal investigations, and engages foreign adversaries and threats offensively. Chad held assignments within OSI both stateside and deployed, leading counterintelligence and counter-threat teams for the Air Force both domestic and in various regions throughout the Pacific. He currently conducts TSCM and TEMPEST operations.
