Rick founded Multi-Media Communication with the goal of providing tailored and expert solutions with advanced technology that is designed to deliver best-of-class network and data control for the wide range of components in a wired or wireless network. With a few decades of expertise under his belt, Rick has been entrusted to lead several key projects for border control, public safety, healthcare, transportation, utilities, and more. One of his highlighted projects was the implementation of a wireless video surveillance and public safety network along the Hudson River Park which extends over six miles, on the Hudson River, along Manhattan’s west side, attracting over 17 million visitors each year. It is the second largest park in NYC and provides a variety of recreational and educational activities, an outdoor concert venue, biking paths, shops and the only beach in Manhattan.
