Minchul Ho is the VP of Business Development of Baicells Technologies North America, a leading provider of plug-and-play fixed wireless LTE and 5G hardware solutions. In this role, he oversees daily operations and spearheads efforts to expand the company’s market presence within the rapidly evolving CBRS technology ecosystem in the United States. With over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry, including 15 years specializing in the wireless sector, Minchul has a proven track record of driving sales growth and business development. He began his career as a National Systems Engineer and advanced through leadership roles, including Sales Director at Trilliant. Before becoming VP of Business Development of Baicells North America, he served as Vice President of Operations and Vertical Markets, where he played a pivotal role in expanding sales opportunities beyond the wireless internet service provider (WISP) market. Minchul holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas. He currently resides in the Dallas, Texas area.
