Matthew Gove CEO and Founder Hardened Network Solutions, Inc. (“HNSI”), is a technology and telecom veteran with decades of experience as an investment banker and entrepreneur. His experience has spanned services, technology and applications, many of which relate to broadband wireless. He has provided management, strategic guidance, corporate finance and transactional expertise to companies on five continents. During his career, he has had primary responsibility for setting and executing vision and strategy, all forms of financing, creating strategic partnerships, developing vendors, overseeing regulatory compliance and building sales.
He founded HNSI to address the vulnerabilities of wireless networks, upon which modern society is so reliant. The first vulnerability that HNSI is addressing is wireless networks’ dependency upon continuously available electric power. HNSI designs and builds clean, reliable, uninterruptable backup power systems based upon utilizing large scale battery systems for electric storage. HNSI’s systems can be configured to provide backup power that can maintain operations for hours, days and, with the addition of alternative power generation, perpetually.
Mr. Gove received a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Columbia University.
