James Forrest is a dynamic business leader with a strong background in product and project management, specializing in technology development, strategic execution, and operational excellence.  With extensive experience in the defense, technology, and education sectors, he has held several senior leadership roles in high-growth technology companies, including as CEO of education technology company Lumination, and Business Operations Manager at Silentium Defence, where he played a key role in scaling the company as it introduced its passive radar technology to the market. A PhD-qualified aerospace engineer, James combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to scale businesses, optimize processes, and lead high-performing teams. As National Engineering Manager at RFI, James leads a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts in the fields of RF hardware, antenna design and software engineering - and is responsible for R&D execution across the business.
