Peter is the software lead and a subject matter expert for the Mission Critical Voice Quality of Experience (MCV QoE) project within the National Institute of Standards and Technology Public Safety Communications Research Division (NIST PSCR). Peter joined the Mission Critical Voice portfolio team in 2020 to support all of the projects with their software, research, and outreach goals. Since joining the team he’s taken on the role as the software engineer lead, an outreach liaison, and intern supervisor for National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST) student programs. Peter earned his Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fullerton in 2019.
