Steve Ferguson has been the Lead Entity Director with NGCC since 2021, based in Wellington, New Zealand. With over 25 years of experience in business transformation, Steve has successfully driven strategic change across multiple sectors, including finance, energy, logistics, and both central and local government. As the director of NGCC, he has spearheaded the development of New Zealand's critical communications strategy, secured significant long-term government investment, and overseen the delivery of key infrastructure projects such as the nationwide P25 LMR Network and dual-telco cellular solutions for emergency service responders.
