Ray Edey is Executive Director of the Interagency Communications Interoperability System (ICI System) Authority, a California Joint Powers Authority Regional LMR System serving more than 100 agencies in the Los Angeles Operational Area. A former police commander who served 36 years with the City of Glendale, CA, he held a variety of special assignments to include Homeland Security Planning, Grant Project Management, Federal Organized Crime and Narcotics Task Forces, and the Los Angeles Regional Terrorism Early Warning Group (TEWG). He holds an MS from Cal Poly Pomona, a BS from the University of San Francisco, and is a Graduate of both the FBI National Academy and California Command College.
