Todd Durica is a 26-year veteran of Law Enforcement. He has served the majority of his career as a detective assigned to investigate a variety of cases including homicide, fraud, child exploitation and cyber crimes. He has served as a tak force officer with the FBI, United States Secret Service and the US Marshals. In his current role as the Senior Police Technology Officer of the Culpeper Police Department in Virginia, Todd manages the AT&T Firstnet program, the Axon body worn camera program, mobile police computers, license plate reader (LPR) program, and Avigilon security camera system. Todd has received specialized training in computer and cell phone forensics and maintains a forensic lab to assist detectives with seized electronic evidence. His extensive experience working complex investigations, assignments to multiple federal task forces, and his expertise in forensics and police technolgy make Todd a valuable asset to the Culpeper Police Department.
