Ms. Bush is a certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP), a former Emergency Communications Director and served two terms as the Virginia NENA Chapter President. Ms. Bush has assisted local, regional, and state law enforcement agencies and government entities in the U.S. and Canada with technical strategic planning, legislative development and updates. Ms. Bush is a former NCIC instructor. She specializes in strategic planning of public safety technology systems, including, but not limited to radio, telephony, CAD/RMS, MobileCAD, and Jail/Corrections Management systems. She has completed dozens of systems needs assessments, procurements, and implementations across the United States. Her expertise extends to operations and organizational change, facility, and space needs for primary and backup 9-1-1 centers, and governance and policy development at local and state levels
