Terry is an architect and owner of Pyramid Consulting. Terry has completed over $1 billion of various types of public works projects in his career. He has been involved in hundreds of ECC/PSAP consolidations and procurements. He has developed and directed the procurement of multiple public safety communication systems for small, medium, and large agencies. In recent years, he has worked on the integrated deployment of public safety broadband into the PSC ecosystem with the continual use of LMR. As part of the various projects, Terry acts as the Owner’s independent agent in the local, state, and federal licensure related issues. He has presented at APCO international, APCO Canada, various State APCO’s, and IWCE on public safety communication (PSC). Before starting his own AE + Consulting firm, Terry was an instructor and professor at two universities. Terry has a BS in psychology, BArch, and MS. In his limited spare time, Terry owns a farm that has become a zoo with over sixty assorted and unique animals as well as over 500 acres of hay forage.
