Brock Brunson, Police Officer, Chicago Police Department
Brock Brunson is a five-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. He currently serves in the Office of Community Policing where he spearheads various projects that leverage innovation and technology to enhance public safety and the department’s reform efforts. Officer Brunson was a panelist on the “FirstNet Connected Officer” panel at IWCE and the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO). In his personal capacity, Brock was a finalist in the mFIT Prize contactless fingerprint technology challenge sponsored by National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR).
