Jennie is the Director of Utilities Sales for Ericsson, with more than 30 years of experience in Telecommunications and over 13 years’ experience serving Utilities customers. In her role at Ericsson, she develops the sales strategy for North American utilities accounts and works to deliver successful private network solutions to Ericsson’s customers.
Jennie is on the North America Sustainability Council at Ericsson where the mission of the group is to empower employees to collaborate and advocate for sustainable development. The objectives of the group are to 1.) educate employees about sustainable development and the role of (ICT) Information & Communication Technology, 2.) advocate for Ericsson’s role in enabling sustainable development in communities, and 3.) creative competitive advantage by positioning the business value of Ericsson sustainability and corporate responsibility programs.
Additionally, she is currently serving as Vice Chair of UBBA Business Strategies & Use Case Drivers Working Group for the year 2023 with the mission to reach the utility C-suite (CFO, CIO, COO, CISO, & CEO levels) and other decision makers and educate them about the value proposition of private broadband solutions, support UBBA advocacy content and reach into other groups like EEI, NARUC, & Gridwise Alliance, as well as drive more utility membership in UBBA.
Outside of work, Jennie is an avid fly-fisher, reader, traveler, and passionate storyteller. Jennie has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montana and is based out of Denver, Colorado.
