Ernie Blair is the CEO/Wireless Infrastructure Director for the Huntsville-Madison County 9-1-1 System. HMC 9-1-1 provides communications for all local law enforcement, fire & rescue, and EMS agencies within Madison County, Alabama. Mr. Blair completed a $12M interoperable P25 radio infrastructure for Madison County in 2012 and continues to promote P25 interoperability throughout Alabama. He envisioned and implemented a partnership to provide a public safety broadband LTE network and recently completed a new $14M world-class 9-1-1 communications facility, the largest in Alabama.
