Joshua Black, Information Security Manager, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)
Joshua Black is an Information Security Manager with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency(CISA). He has experience serving as the federal lead for the SAFECOM and Nationwide Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators (NCSWIC) Next Generation 911 (NG911) Working Group and Emergency Communications Preparedness Center (ECPC) Federal 911 Working Group, helping federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial stakeholders prepare for and implement NG911 capabilities. He also leads federal initiatives related to encryption and Project 25 (P25) standards. He also supports Emergency Support Function 2(Communications) activities for CISA during emergency and planned events.
