George Atamian, Chief Operating Officer, Radiarc Technologies
George Atamian is currently Chief Operating Officer for Radiarc® Technologies, holding numerous worldwide patents as the manufacturer of the Game Changer® series of remote azimuth steering and down-tilt antenna mounts.
George started in wireless in 1996 after 16 years of building homes, commercial and industrial structures, running heavy equipment and developing subdivisions. He began his telecom career in paging as the National Site Acquisition Manager for Arch Communications, completing 11 acquisitions of competitors of equal or greater size. With subsequent management positions in General Dynamics, SBA, Sentenia Systems, and Pinnacle Wireless USA, George rounded out his resume of Wireless Network construction and site development experience.
George has worked closely with some of the most notable Venture Capital groups in the business today. He collected over $30 million in aged, “uncollectable” AR in less than one year for Pinnacle Wireless USA. There he also has overseen the design, installation, testing & optimization of First Responder / Public Safety / Life Safety, commercial, private, & neutral host DAS; including some of the largest & most complex DAS projects ever built in North America. He has managed the design, installation, repair and maintenance of hundreds of police, fire, school, and highway department Land Mobile Radio Systems as well as point to point and multi-point licensed and unlicensed microwave systems for public safety. He also directed the activities of multiple specially trained teams to maintain custom, proprietary, high speed microwave systems for microsecond banking/financial services traffic.
George is an avid horse trainer with 22 years of experience breeding warmbloods. He is a licensed builder, certified RF safely instructor, and has won numerous awards for excellence in project proposals, outstanding construction and operational excellence both locally and nationally.
