Mr. Anderson is a Senior Information Technology Specialist working as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead within the Requirements and Analysis Office and as the Wireless Lead within the Global Public Safety Communications Program Office at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). His previous assignments with DISA include International Portfolio Manager, Agency Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager and 11 years as the U.S. Representative / Head of Delegation to Command & Control Interoperability Boards (CCIBs) conducted with the Combatant Commands and 28 partner nations worldwide. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, majoring in Communications with a minor in Political Science. He obtained a MBA in Information Technology, from American Military University in 2010. Mr. Anderson spent twenty years as a U.S Army Signal Corps Officer - fifteen of which were overseas working with coalition partners to develop interoperable communications during peace and war
