Communications technologies are constantly evolving. Our Nation's public safety and critical infrastructure officials keep pace by maintaining a constant dialogue to discuss technology's implications on operations, security, and personnel. The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) invites innovators to hear directly from key public safety officials on how – through collaboration and partnership – they advise the communities of emergency communicators on adapting critical emerging technologies to their needs.

These partnerships, in the form of SAFECOM and the National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators, are shaping the future of communication technologies as well by engaging with private industry, research institutions and academia to formulate national guidance and influence the development of standards, practices, and funding. CISA connects industry and government stakeholders together, along with resources, analysis, and tools to build secure, resilient, and interoperable communications. This panel's speakers will provide insights into how these connections work and how your organization can get involved.
