A panel of veteran P25 System Administrators will offer a first-hand view of their experience with P25. A description of their P25 Systems including individual best practices and lessons learned to maximize interoperability, performance, and cost-effective communications for their member agencies will be detailed. Profiles will Include the Pennsylvania STARNet State-wide P25 System using a combination of VHF/UHF/700/800 frequencies in a single state-wide P25 system, Ohio MARCS Statewide P25 System with over 120,000 subscribers, Prince William County Virginia's County wide P25 System with ISSI network links to the National Capital Region., The State of Connecticut's successful integration of small municipal stand-alone agencies into their P25 State-wide Network, The State of Maine's Hybrid VHF Trunked and Conventional P25 System with interop layer, and Montgomery County Hospital System in Texas with a working system to system (ISSI) P25 interface between two different P25 manufacturers systems.
