Consistent and effective communication during emergency operations is essential and critical – especially when you're responding in remote areas. Two years ago, high powered devices (Power Class 1) launched to provide enhanced connectivity in regions with sparse coverage. Today, the second generation of these devices provides greater range, capacity, features, and speed.
This new generation of devices support mobile users and connect first responders in remote fixed locations, mobile operations centers, maritime environments and suburban and urban landscapes. In this session, panelists will describe their experiences with these higher performing Band 14 devices and how these tools helped expand their communications capabilities in an emergency.
