In 2015, the administration of the State NG911 and LMR systems were placed under the same Division.
Since that time, the LMR system has grown dramatically to include a majority of the cities and towns and almost all state agencies while the NG911 system has also grown and is undergoing a hardware refresh.
Learn how the combining of these complementary groups has led significant efficiencies in operation, maintenance, and administration of these systems while dramatically improving interoperability and situational awareness while being cost effective.
