Cyber threats are continuing to evolve their attack methodologies to be more targeted, stealth, and insidious. No system is safe. Because of the financially motivated and adaptive behavior of cyber threats, it's not if, but when you will be attacked, therefore it's imperative that organizations have a clear understanding of the current threat landscape. Lessons learned from recent cyberattacks impacting public safety and broader critical infrastructures help to foster resiliency, fortify critical network systems, and improve incident response efficiency and remediation in the event of an attack. In this learning session, Sean Scott, CEO/CTO of SecuLore Solutions, will discuss lessons learned from recent cybersecurity attacks and their implications. In addition, Mr. Scott will provide expert advice and insights on what organizations can do to leverage those learnings to plan, prepare and implement countermeasures to protect their critical networks and data.

1. To increase awareness about the types of cyberattacks and recent emerging trends within the threat landscape.
2. To learn about proven techniques and defense strategies to build resiliency to help keep critical systems safe and harder to compromise.
3. To learn where to begin to create an effective incident response plan and the importance of training staff to improve cyber posture.
