Digital twins, a dynamic representation of real-world assets, processes, systems and environments, are becoming more commonplace across industries. For telecommunications and public safety, having a highly realistic representation of elements of the real-world communication network offers opportunities to test and secure the network. Digital twins have applications for simulation, integration, testing, monitoring, and maintenance. The digital twin can be created before or after a network has been deployed physically, offering a variety of development points for testing. Explore digital twins and their application to the challenges facing first responders in areas of MCX, P25, along with 5G and LTE.
Attendees will learn
- What are digital twins?
- How digital twins are being applied to Telecommunications.
- Use cases for digital twins in public safety, eg. Interoperability and cybersecurity
