Hear how public safety agencies across the country met the unique challenges of 2020 head on with true interoperable collaboration applications and how they are solving long-standing information sharing challenges through the adoption of technology. This session will discuss the numerous lessons learned by different public safety agencies and disciplines across the United States and how they leveraged collaboration to aid their daily operations and the responses to COVID-19, civil unrest, hurricanes, and large special events. You will also hear some of the more creative ways these agencies are incorporating and collaborating with key partners outside of traditional public safety organizations. Panelist will also address considerations for proper policies, SOP's and governance models when implementing a collaboration application solution.
