During this panel session, participant agencies will discuss their experiences, lessons learned, and next steps needed to grow the pilot for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) into an information sharing ecosystem that can benefit the entire public safety community.

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) and a small group of public safety agencies and stakeholders has been working since 2021 to implement and pilot this program, which included a standards-based Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and deployed the trustmark framework, a new set of technical standards, software tools, and related resources that were developed by GTRI.
