Speaker will discuss how ZTA is applied to a Voice over IP (VoIP) network and applied within a ESInet/NGCS ecosystem. Participants will learn about implementing call authentication techniques that align with ZTA principals.

Participants will hear how DISA is partnering with the DoD cybersecurity community to complete a ZTA strategy that incorporates VoIP technologies. Specifically, participants will learn about how to establish VoIP call authentication and employing the use of policy engines to influence call flows between PSAPs. Participants will also gain a better understanding of how DISA plans on deploying ZTA within the DoD unclassified network environment.
