2020 has brought many challenges to incident response, both in-person at an EOC, and virtually due to a global pandemic. This session will provide information regarding CISA ECD support options, in addition to best practices and lessons learned from recent ESF-2 response. Participants will discuss the various platforms that have worked well from a field perspective, and coordinated operations at the local level all the way up to the national level.
