What if you could implement Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD)-to-CAD operations by leveraging the capabilities your center already has? It's not too good to be true! CAD-to-CAD interoperability has been taking the 911industry by storm with a variety of creative options, but often come with a hefty price tag. Two law enforcement agencies in Maryland, along with Nlets, their vendors, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) will share how they implemented a successful CAD interoperability program that saves time and improves first responder situational awareness using existing 911 infrastructure that emergency communications centers (ECCs) use every day.
