As land mobile system operators move toward connecting LMR systems to increase availability and interoperability. Indiana and Michigan have embarked on installation of a cloud based ISSI platform, Critical Connect. Statewide Interoperability Coordinators from both states will discuss how their efforts to use Motorola's Critical Connect platform originated and has progressed. CISA emergency Communications Coordinator Jim Jarvis, with CISA Colleagues, has led the CISA cyber assessment of the states' preparation for cyber resiliency in their policies and procedures to implement this interface. He will discuss challenges with adapting a large number of control families to an LMR environment.
