This facilitated session is intended to be a panel and attendee participation discussion about the current and future issues, trends, and everyday challenges of the largest communications centers in the industry, also known as the Mega-PSAPs. These centers must face operational, technical and organizational roadblocks differently than the majority of the centers across the country.
